Target Audience

The UPMC Suicide Process Updates for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers is a voluntary self-paced education for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.  This education is being provided to educate Cerner users about the changes to suicide documentation.   There have been changes to forms for APPs and Physicians.

The goal of this self-paced education is to understand UPMC’s updated processes for the management of patients at risk for suicide, which includes suicide risk stratification, and to learn about the new Cerner documentation that supports this care.  The changes in this module go live on 11/29/23.
