The healthcare profession is experiencing unprecedented challenges that are creating a strain on workers, leading to burnout and mental, physical, relational, and financial distress.

At High Performance, we understand these challenges and believe our proven leadership principles that have successfully helped business executives in a variety of industries achieve work/life balance, reduced stress, and greater focus, can be effective for healthcare workers as well.

Join us on Friday, May 17 at 9 a.m. as High Performance presents, “The Wellness System: Using Leadership Principles to Build a Life in Healthcare that is Balanced, Inspired, and Intentional.” This one-day CME workshop will provide attendees with practical action steps they can immediately implement to recalibrate their lives having a positive effect on their careers and personal relationships. Covered topics include emotional/mental, relationship, and financial wellness.

• Discuss the various wellness challenges prevalent in healthcare settings.

• Explain the purpose, vision, and discipline of the wellness system.

• Identify the factors contributing to mental-emotional distress.

• Recognize the components and practices that promote mental-emotional wellness and discuss how to implement them starting today.

• Identify the factors that contribute to financial distress.

• Recognize the strategies and habits conducive to financial wellness and discuss practical steps to initiate them starting today.

• Identify the factors that contribute to relational distress.

• Discuss strategies for effectively balancing personal and professional relationships.

• Develop actionable strategies to create relational wellness starting today.
